崗位描述：
-全面負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)方面的工作；
-負(fù)責(zé)對實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試分析人員的工作進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)，對檢測方法上存在的難點(diǎn)困難，提供思路，組織檢測人員解決問題；
-根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的發(fā)展需求組織落實(shí)新項(xiàng)目研究；

-Overall responsibility for the technical aspects of laboratory work;
-Responsible for the guidance and training of lab analysts, and provide ideas for the method difficulties, and organize relevant persons to solve the problems;
-Research and implement new project according to the lab development.
入職要求：
-30-45歲，化學(xué)專業(yè)，碩士或以上學(xué)歷，有海外留學(xué)或工作背景者優(yōu)先；
-5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
-精通質(zhì)譜分析（GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS）；
-對食品、食品添加劑、食品包材類產(chǎn)品有相當(dāng)?shù)牧私夂驼J(rèn)識；
-關(guān)注國內(nèi)外食品法規(guī)、要求，以及分析技術(shù)的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)；
-了解ISO 17025實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可的基本要求；
-英語熟練，能夠用英語交流檢測方法，參加實(shí)驗(yàn)室間交流合作，接待國外客戶審核。
Recruitment requirement:
-Age 30-45, specialized in chemistry, Master degree or above, oversea study or work background preferred;
-5 years related working experience;
-Proficient in GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS;
-Have considerable knowledge and understanding of food, food additives, food packaging materials;
-Attention to domestic and international food regulations, requirements, and analysis method developments;
-Understand the basic requirements of ISO 17025;
-Fluent in English, can discuss analysis methods with foreign colleagues, take care of the oversea client’s auditing, and participate the inter-laboratories cooperation.
